I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the harbor and nearby restaurants, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, communication issues regarding my reservation left me frustrated at checkout, and the loud noise from housekeeping made it difficult to rest. Overall, while the hotel has its perks, the issues with service and room quality made it less than perfect.
